WIDEcapture for Adobe Photoshop

WIDEcapture imports images from the scanner into the Photoshop image editor. You can then use Photoshop�s wide range of image manipulation options, just as if you had opened an image file from your hard disk. Install the program into Adobe Photoshop�s plug-in folder andthen just select the application through Photoshop's File menu.

Platforms

The WIDEcapture plugin for Adobe Photoshop enables wide format scanning on Apple Power Macintosh platforms. There is also a PC version of the WIDEcapture plugin for Photoshop for running with Windows.

WIDEcapture scan plugin features

Full range RGB color scanning, BW threshold mode, BW Adaptive mode, BW copy modes, Graytone mode, blur/sharpen, despekle/holefilling, brightness/contrast, lightness/saturation/gamma, prescan window, standard and custom size setting, standard and user defined resolution setting, direct scan into photoshop's work area.

WIDEcapture for AutoCAD 2002

When you install this plug-in software, a new menu item called "Scanned Raster Image" is entered in the Insert Menu on your AutoCAD interface. The new option activates a WIDEimage Scan Screen, including the split preview screen and special tool buttons. The plugin then can bring the scanned image directly into your AutoCAD work space, saving you the time and trouble it costs to load the image from a file. The active Wide Format Scanning interface closes down at the end of scan-to-file and your scanned image is automatically loaded into the current drawing in AutoCAD.
