Standard Polar Planimeter

Standard Compensating Polar Planimeters are easier to use than ever before due to a handy Zero Setting Device. Using this system, the initial reading is zero so the final reading accurately represent the area of the figure. The pole arm may be placed either outside or inside the area to be measured and the calculation formula will vary accordingly.

Digital Planimeter

Digital Planimeters electronically measure and calculate the area of any plane, no matter how irregular, and it is as easy as 1-2-3. First, select metric or imperial units mode. Second, key in the working scale. Third, guide the tracer point along the outline of a drawing. The instrument will automatically display the exact area in the measurement system of your choice. As well, cumulative totals and mean values are easily determined by the touch of a button.
